The St. Peter Chanel Foundation is pleased to offer two different types of scholarships for 2026.
The first opportunity is the 2026 St. Peter Chanel Foundation Scholarship, which is available to anyone that is a relative of a Chanel alumni, a relative of someone who worked for St. Peter Chanel, or someone who has worked as a Student Host for the St. Peter Chanel Foundation Cerebral Palsy Christmas Party. We generally give at least 10 per year and minimum amount is currently $1,000.
The second opportunity is the 2026 Armstrong Family Firebird Scholarship. This is a 4 year all tuition paid scholarship to attend St Thomas College, a private Catholic university in Miami, Florida. One full 4 year Scholarship will be given each year. This is an added special Gift from a great Alumni Family.
Our first recipient is Isabella Casprowitz, she is the granddaughter of Steve Swidarski.

On Sunday, September 10, 2023, Marist School Rector Father Bill Rowland, S.M. blessed and dedicated an historic sunken relief sculpture of St. Peter Chanel that was recently affixed to the northeast side of Marist School’s main classroom building, St. Peter Chanel Hall. The sculpture, originally part of the façade of St. Peter Chanel High School in Bedford, Ohio, was installed at Marist over the summer, ending its 700-mile journey to its new home at Marist School. The limestone carving will serve as a daily reminder of the selflessness and enthusiasm the first Marist saint displayed in the missionary endeavors he was called by God to pursue.
